I am not sure of country of origin but I think this is Japanese due to the style of the floral print, but please correct me if I’m wrong!

Condition:
In overall excellent antique condition with the exception of the shattered silk satin trim & bow and neck. It is mostly coming loose and is very deteriorated. I also find one small tiny stain. See last photo for these details. Wearable antique condition but should be worn with care.
